Event spaces to meet your needs

Buffalo Ridge Resort & Spa has a variety of function spaces available to rent for your next event!

SUNDANCE BALLROOM

The Sundance Ballroom is a stunning space. It is our largest indoor function room. When you rent this space, you also get access to the Courtyard located right out the doors on the North side. The Sundance Ballroom has a built-in bar and private bathrooms.

GOLD ROOM

The Gold Room is located in the Administration building right above the Rock Room Bar & Grill. The rustic charm of this room makes it incredibly unique. You can see the building’s original brick and hardwood floors.

SILVER ROOM

The Silver Room is located in the Administration building above the Rock Room Bar & Grill. There is a built-in projector screen that makes this space useful for business meetings and conferences.

THE ROCK ROOM

The Rock Room Bar & Grill has great ambiance and a lot of amenities to keep you entertained. The Rock Room is open Friday – Sunday to the public. You are able to utilize this space for private events or if you don’t mind the crowd, you can make a reservation for the Rock Room.

COURTYARD

The Courtyard is located in the center of the four buildings. It’s a beautiful outdoor space with a fireplace and gas grill.

THE SOUTH LAWN

Make a grand entrance with stunning stone steps ending in front of a gorgeous backdrop of mature trees, hydrangeas and daylilies. The South Lawn, also conveniently located near the Herrick Hotel, the Sundance Ballroom, and the Family Suite, will comfortably accommodate seating for a large number of guests, up to 300.

THE INTIMATE RUSTIC FIELD

Feel the love in this romantic cozy setting, closely enveloped by nature and your loved ones. This area comfortably seats up to 150 guests.
